ECOLE CENTRALE DE LYON

The mission of this public higher education institution is to train generalist engineers and apprentices as well as multidisciplinary doctors. Each year, it graduates nearly 350 engineering students and 50 doctors. The training provided benefits from the excellence of the research carried out in the six CNRS-accredited laboratories on its campuses, from the influence of the two International Joint Units (Canada and Japan) and from the six Associated International Laboratories (Korea, Japan, China, Brazil, Spain and Australia) in which the School is involved. In a spirit of openness common to all the establishments of the Centrale Group, its very high level of generalist teaching has made it a school recognised at national and international level by many companies and prestigious universities with which it has signed double degree agreements. Located on two green campuses, Écully and St-Etienne, Centrale Lyon offers a pleasant working environment to its students and staff. Since January 1, 2021, ENISE has become an internal school of the Ecole Centrale de Lyon, bringing the number of staff in the institution to over 500 and the number of students to over 2,500.
